You are Invited to Grand Opening of Sacred Storm Buffalo on July 27

Come help us celebrate the Grand Opening of Sacred Storm Buffalo, our newest project at Tanka Fund. Supported by NDN Collective, we have partnered with two other Native nonprofits, Wambli Ska Okolakiciye and Makoce Agriculture Development, to purchase a Buffalo processing facility in Rapid City, SD. The facility will focus on:

  • Native Youth workforce development

  • Providing healthy meat to our communities

  • Empowering Native ranchers with enabling even more services and access to the Buffalo economy

For Tanka Fund, this is a tremendous step forward in realizing our full mission to Return Buffalo to Native Lands, Lives and Economies. We hope that you are able to join us!
